The founder
Built from work where records mattered.
Founded in November 2025 by Zackery C. Miller, whose experience includes U.S. Army CH-47 aircraft maintenance, defense contracting, technical leadership, and regulated small-business operations.
The long-range aim is an institution designed for continuity—not a promise that every planned division or product is already operating. Publicly, VPP currently leads with education and governance services; further enterprise divisions remain staged.
